1.6 After working for three months, the new V-belt should be checked for wear. When the V-belt is too loose, the motor fixing plate should be used to adjust the tightness of the V-belt.
1.7 The lathe has a dust cover. The dust cover not only plays a role of dustproof, but also plays a role of ensuring safety. It should not be deleted casually.
Maintenance of Woodworking Lathes after Work:
2.1 Before leaving the work, the wood chips remaining in the body should be removed. In particular, sliding guides, rotating shafts and screw parts should be carefully cleaned without leaving debris.
2.2 After cleaning the sliding guide rail, the rotating shaft and the screw part, oil lubrication should be carried out in time. The lubricating oil should be high-quality bearing grease or machine oil. The use of steam, kerosene, diesel and other diluent oils in place of lubricating oils is prohibited. No oil shortage!
2.3 The fasteners should be checked regularly and closely, otherwise the fasteners may be loosened due to long-term vibration. This will lead to increased vibration, mechanical wear becomes faster, and the equipment will not work stably, resulting in reduced accuracy of machined parts. Ripple and deformation appear. If you find this situation, you should tighten it in time!
2.4 There should be no debris near the mechanical limit switch. There should be no hanging metal objects hanging over the sensor. Failure to do so will result in mechanical failure and the switch will fail.
